Exterior design standards are specified in the Home Owners Association documents. Exterior materials, colors, and minimum home sizes must meet the standards set forth by the Association. Estimated price of homes including lot will likely range between $300,000 to $500,000. Current homes in the development are $380,000 and up. Interior design is at the discretion of the homebuilder but current homes offer daylight or walkout lower levels, sumptous master suites, and granite kitchens.
